We will ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase or according to availability of the item. All orders will be shipped USPS Mail. USPS allows customers to track delivery of their shipment on-line. You order cancelled once shipped. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Order confirmations: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from USPS.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages when our shipping courier shows the package was delivered. Unclaimed and refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition to any credit card fees incurred. All orders are shipped to address as stated by the customer when the order is placed. It is your responsibility to be sure this address is typed in correctly. If Shea's Bazaar is charged to an address correction or a forwarding fee, this amount will be charged to you plus a $2.00 handling fee.

Shea’s Bazaar offers a “100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.” If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 10 days from the date you received the merchandise for a full refund (less shipping and a 15% restocking fee).
Notify us via email and request a “Return Authorization Number.” This number must accompany your return. Merchandise must be returned with tags attached and without any damages. This includes but will not be limited to used, scratched, stained, finger prints, sun fading, torn parts and smoke /perfume/cosmetic smells, finger prints, sun fading or torn parts. Used or damaged items will not be accepted. Please note, if item(s) were shipped free and the total refund brings the original order below $100.00, you will then be charged the usual flat rate shipping fee of $7.95.
We personally check all merchandise carefully for defects or damages prior to shipment. Of course, as a buyer it is your responsibility to check the product well immediately upon arrival. Any and all defects must be reported to us by email within three days from the date the merchandise is received. We will use USPS’s date of delivery for verification. Claims for damages or defects will not be accepted after the ten-day period expires.
We will do our best to send merchandise as ordered, however, on rare occasions you may be shipped an incorrect product by our mistake. Please contact Shea’s Bazaar within 7 days from the date you receive the shipment. Return the product within 10 days from the date you received the merchandise. Returns must be in original packaging with tags attached, free of any defect, including but not limited to stains, torn parts or scratches. Upon receipt of the incorrect item, the correct item will be shipped free of charge. Email us a copy of your paid return shipping receipt. We will credit your charge account with that amount.
Return Policy:
Our products are accompanied with a “100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.” If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase , just email jody@sheasbazaar.com for a return authorization number and then return within 10 days and get a full refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee).The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned must be in original shape, free of defects, including but not limited to used, scratched, stained, finger prints or torn parts, and smoke/perfume/cosmetic smells.

Taxes:
Internet businesses are only required to charge sales tax for the state where the business resides. We are located in Missouri and are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped within this state. No sales tax applies to other states.
Methods of Payment:
We accept PayPal, money orders and checks. Please be sure when sending checks and money orders that you carefully indicate merchandise you are ordering and add the $7.95 flat rate shipping fee if order is under $100.00. There is a five business day holding period on checks, prior to the order being shipped. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation from USPS.
